Bletchley Park was probably the best kept secret of WW 2 and was responsible for breaking the German Enigma and Japanese codes. It played a key part in securing victory in all theatres of the War including the Battle of the Atlantic. It was the forerunner of GCHQ and home to the World's first programmable computer. It was Churchill's ' Goose that laid the Golden Egg' and probably shortened the War by at least a year. Further details can be found on - www.bletchleypark.org.uk
We hope you can join us in what promises to be a most interesting and enjoyable day out for everyone. Please contact Iain Butterworth or myself to reserve your place(s). An early reply would be appreciated since I am on holiday from the 10th to 23rd of August.
